STAR BRITE Boiler System Antifreeze is an ethanol-free, safe, odorless, tasteless, and non-flammable premium hydronic heating and cooling system fluid. Made from virgin propylene glycol (PG), this heat transfer fluid contains premium corrosion inhibitors to protect internal components. It’s formulated to have high specific heat and boiling point and provides burst protection down to -100ºF (-73ºC) at full strength. Please follow your system manufacturer’s directions for proper usage. This product is not a concentrate but may require dilution with distilled or deionized water prior to use. Check the percentage of propylene glycol antifreeze solution with a calibrated PG coolant/antifreeze refractometer. Note that ethylene glycol testing equipment will not give accurate readings on this product.
